What we collect

Three things, and nothing else.

• Anonymous usage data. Which pages are visited, from roughly where, on what kind of device. We use Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you across sites.
• Your email address, if you give it to us — by joining a waiting list, emailing us, or booking a call.
• What you tell us when booking. Discovery calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects your name, email and your answers to the booking questions.

What we don't collect

No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no third-party marketing trackers, and no attempt to identify anonymous visitors. If that changes this page changes first.

Why we hold it

Usage data tells us which pages are worth improving. Email addresses let us send the specific thing you asked for. Booking information lets us prepare for a call properly rather than spending it on questions we could have read in advance.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and analytics run on Vercel. Website content and waiting-list signups are stored in Sanity. Call bookings go through Calendly. Each is a processor acting on our instructions — none of them receives your data for their own marketing, and we do not sell or share lists.

How long we keep it

Waiting-list emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Booking records for as long as the enquiry is live, and afterwards where we have a business reason to keep them. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to you.

Your rights

If you're in the UK or EU, the GDPR gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to object to how we use it. You can exercise any of these by emailing us — we don't require a form, and we'll respond within 30 days.
