These cover use of this website. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

What this covers
These terms apply to visiting and using wamdat.com. They do not govern consulting work — every engagement has its own written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, fees and liability, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
The content on this site
Articles, research summaries and market descriptions here are general commentary, published in good faith and believed accurate when written. They are not advice for your specific situation, and markets change faster than websites do. Do not make a commercial decision on the basis of a page you read here without talking to someone about your actual circumstances — ideally us, but the point stands either way.
No guarantees of outcome
Nothing on this site is a promise of commercial results. We are explicit about this in the work as well: we are accountable for the rigour of what we produce and the deliverables we commit to, not for revenue, pipeline or market outcomes, which depend on your product, your team and your execution.
Ownership
The content, design and code of this site belong to us, apart from third-party components used under their own licences. You're welcome to quote or cite anything published here with attribution and a link. Republishing a report or article in full, or using our material to train a commercial model, requires permission.
Links elsewhere
We link to other sites where they're useful. We don't control them and aren't responsible for what they contain.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and current, but it's provided as-is. Parts of it are visibly still being built, and we'd rather say that than pretend otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
Governing law
