Refunds
Nothing is on sale yet. This is the policy that will apply when reports and the readiness assessment become purchasable.

Reports and digital downloads
Fourteen days, no questions asked. Email us and we'll refund it. You don't need to explain yourself, and we won't ask you to delete the file — if the research wasn't useful to you, keeping your money would be worse for us than the refund.
Note that requesting a refund on a digital download after reading it is a signal we take seriously. If it happens often, the problem is the report rather than the customers.
The Readiness Assessment
If you're unhappy with the assessment after the review call, tell us within seven days and we'll refund it in full. The assessment is designed to be genuinely disprovable — including concluding that expansion isn't your next move — so a conclusion you didn't want isn't the same as work that wasn't done. But if the reasoning doesn't hold up, that's on us.
Sprints and longer engagements
These are covered by the signed engagement agreement rather than by this page, because scope, milestones and payment schedule vary. Cancellation terms are agreed in writing before work begins, and we'd rather have that conversation at the start than in the middle.
How to ask
Email el.moutassim.mery@gmail.com with the receipt or invoice. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take five to ten working days to appear.
